Hypnotherapy
During a hypnotherapy session, you are guided through a process to induce a trance-like state that helps them focus their minds, respond more readily to suggestions, and become deeply relaxed. The hypnotic state makes a person able to respond to suggestions. Hypnosis can help a person change certain behaviours, such as stopping smoking or losing weight. I also work with people who may be suffering from anxiety, depression, phobias, addictions and also help change perceptions and sensations, which can be particularly useful in treating pain.

Hypnotherapy enables you to change the way in which you react to certain situations such as phobias and addictions. It can also improve your mental wellbeing and the way in which you see yourselves, improving your mental health and dealing with low self esteem, insomnia, breakups, anxiety, stress, depression and grief.
A deposit of £20 is required at the time of booking an appointment.

Audio recordings:
Relaxation recordings can be purchased, which can help with sleep, anxiety and general relaxation. £20
Recordings of the scripts used within your sessions can also be purchased but is not a necessity. You can use these at home at your own leisure between each session. Listening to the scripts on a regular basis can help with firmly embedding the suggestions in your subconscious mind increasing your ability to change your mind set.

Recordings should not be used whilst driving, walking or operating heavy machinery and you should be sat/lying in a comfortable position where you will not be disturbed.

Hypnotherapy to help you stop smoking. More than one session may be needed - needs will be discussed on an individual basis.
Any additional sessions that may be needed to address any further underlying issues linked to smoking will be charged at the normal price of £55.

Virtual Gastric Band
A consultation will be conducted prior to any treatment in order for a treatment plan to be agreed. The consultation will include a 10-15 minute relaxation session to allow you to understand the feeling of hypnosis.
A deposit of £10 is required at the time of booking a consultation.
Consultation - 60 Minutes - £30
Four sessions are required for the fitting of the Virtual Gastric Band. Three sessions conducted on consecutive weeks and then one session four weeks after the Virtual Gastric Band has been fitted in order to loosen or tighten the band should it be requested.
Additional sessions may be required (Not in all cases) before the Virtual Gastric Band treatment begins in order for you to change your eating habits. However, this will be discussed in the consultation session and agreed within an individualised treatment plan. Additional sessions will be charged at the normal price of £55.
A deposit of £20 is required at the time of booking the first session and the remaining balance is to be paid at the first Virtual Gastric Band treatment session.
